We offer tax preparation, filing, consulting, and document handling services for individuals and small businesses. Services are rendered based on the information you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all data submitted.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. Services are primarily intended for U.S. residents or those with U.S. tax obligations.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information for tax preparation.

  • It is your responsibility to review your return before filing and notify us of any discrepancies.

4. Fees & Payment

All fees for services will be disclosed upfront. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to withhold filing or delivery until full payment is received.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of tax services, all sales are final. If you believe there is an error in the service provided, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll do our best to resolve it.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for errors or omissions in your tax return due to incorrect or incomplete information you provide. We are not responsible for penalties, interest, or damages resulting from IRS or state agency actions unless due to our direct negligence.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service to anyone for any reason, including misuse of services or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
